Have You Been to the Lafayette Chicken Park?!
My daughters and I love Silver Creek Park (or most well known as “the chicken park”) in Lafayette, Colorado! With its adorable scavenger hunt, long zipline and so much more, it is a favorite park for all in the area. Honestly, the only reason we don’t spend more time there is because there is no bathroom 😉 Address: 612-566 Starline Ave, Lafayette, CO 80026 This poultry farm-themed park was inspired by the previous owners of the property, the Nuoci family. Namaqua Park in Loveland is a Pond-Themed Gem!
Our visit to Namaqua Park in Loveland, Colorado was brief but enjoyable. It was a peaceful location on the west side of town next to the Big Thompson river. I could definitely see us coming back on a warmer day or when we might be able to spot some of the elk that pass through (evidenced by the elk droppings throughout the playground)!
