Joyful New Playground at Loomiller Park in Longmont!
Have you heard that Longmont, Colorado has a new playground at Loomiller Park?! This 15-acre park was named after Fred Loomiller (1863-1950), and his wife Grace (1883-1965), following part of the park’s land being donated to the City by the Loomiller’s children in 1962. Located just north of Longmont High School, this new playground will be an instant favorite for kids and parents alike. Although there is a lack of shade, there was a lot of thought put into the play elements chosen and they all will enjoy the natural theme. Central Park in Denver, the Perfect Blend of Old and New!
