We sure love themed playgrounds and recently came across this dinosaur park in Boulder, Colorado (otherwise known as East Boulder Community Park). Kanemoto, One of the Best Parks in Longmont!
Near the southern edge of Longmont, just north of Prospect, you will find a new favorite place, Kanemoto Park. Not only is the playground fun (and next to a perfect summer pool for little ones), it comes with a bit of town history as well. In 1966, the land where the park currently sits was donated to the City of Longmont by the Kanemoto family. The seven-acre park was named after the patriarch Goroku Kanemoto (1882-1935) who immigrated from Japan in 1910. According to the Longmont Observer, the sons of Kanemoto, Jimmie and George, commissioned the Tower of Compassion (explained in detail below) in 1972 as a symbol of gratitude…

Heritage Park is the best park in Louisville, Colorado for your sport-loving family! Have You Been to the Lafayette Chicken Park?!
My daughters and I love Silver Creek Park (or most well known as “the chicken park”) in Lafayette, Colorado! With its adorable scavenger hunt, long zipline and so much more, it is a favorite park for all in the area. The City of Loveland has a goal to replace playgrounds every 10 years and in 2019, Dwayne Webster Veterans Park was a recipient! Did you know that Loveland’s Junior Achievement Park is now called Garfield Park? It is worth knowing both names though because you’ll see this park referred to differently depending on where you look.
