As we near the winter season, I want to share a great place to play indoors! Thanks to the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, Cherry Creek mall has a perfect âDinosaur Gulchâ for your little ones!

Address: 15 S Steele St, Denver, CO 80209 (The play area is in front of the entrance to Macyâs.)
Age Recommendations: This play area is best for ages 1 to 5. Kids older than that may enjoy climbing on the T-Rex but otherwise will find it less than exciting đ
The Denver Museum of Nature & Science created this play area and I loved that they included educational elements to go along with the play. Each dinosaur was labeled and they also had screens showing additional details and pictures.
Unique Features: Each dinosaur was unique, all made out of hard plastic to climb on (or slide down). The flooring was soft (no shoes allowed) and we loved the full gulch design, complete with stream running through it.
Good to Know: There are nice seats along the sides for you to relax while your kiddos play. It is fun watching them climb all over the dinosaurs, crawl through the log tunnel or slide down a leaf!
I wish I had planned time to shop too â there are some great stores at the Cherry Creek mall!
