Sandcastles and Splash Pad in Littleton!
Just off of Belleview and Santa Fe is a wonderful patch of fun! There is Pirate’s Cove water park, Belleview Park (future post coming very soon!) and Cornerstone Park. I decided to highlight Cornerstone Park first because it had something for everyone (and it is completely free 😉 ).
Address: 5150 S Windermere St, Littleton, CO 80120 Be aware that there is also a “Cornerstone Ballpark” on the north side of Belleview. The first time I went, I followed the wrong directions and it took forever to get to the correct playgound on the south side! If you aren’t sure, head to Colorado Journey mini golf and continue past until the road ends.
Bathroom/Shade: There is a bathroom building and drinking fountain available. Limited shade over the playground, but there is plenty from trees surrounding the perimeter or under the pavilion.

Age Recommendations: All! When we went, my youngest was not quite two years old and she had a great time. Ramps throughout the playground made it easy for all to get around and participate. There is a huge play structure for the older kids and who doesn’t love a large splash pad?!
Unique Features: First off, the large splash pad was a favorite for sure so definitely take swimsuits and towels along!
The play structure was HUGE! It had a variety of slides and climbing features – the perfect place for an ultimate game of tag!
We met friends there that day and all of the kids loved it! It was a large enough park that everyone had parts they loved (but it was also a bit too big if you’re trying to keep eyes on a toddler 😉 )
Aside from the play structures and splash pad, there was also a large sandbox so don’t forget to take some sandcastle building toys!
We had a great time at Cornerstone Park – definitely a great one to visit the next time you’re in Littleton!
If you’ve visited this park already, what was your favorite part? If you haven’t, what would your kids be most interested in – the splash pad, sandbox or huge playground?? We want to hear from you!
