Swansea Park, A New Favorite Denver Playground!
I have wanted to visit Swansea Park for a while, before I even saw a picture of this fantastic Denver playground! The reason? It was designed by local elementary students in combination with a leadership program called Imagine the Possibilities. I think that this is why my daughters loved it so much – it was inspired by kids their age! There are so many other reasons to love this park. The large play structure and zipline are thrilling, the playhouse brings out imagination and role play, and the additional elements will provide a favorite spot for all to enjoy. It is definitely worth a visit! This post may contain affiliate…

Introducing the Best Park in Superior!
No offense to the other playgrounds nearby, but the girls have decided that Wildflower Park is the “best park in Superior”! With our current environment of social distancing, the first thing I noticed was the size of the play area – it’s huge! Each element is separated allowing families to spread out if needed, but aside from distancing, it also gives it that open feel perfect for enjoying a Colorado day! Greeley’s Inclusive Playground Provides Fun for All!
Have you visited an “inclusive playground”? Chances are that the playgrounds near you are “ADA compliant” but there still aren’t many features made for kids of all abilities to enjoy. I love Aven’s Village in Greeley because it is truly inclusive, in other words, designed for ALL. The rubber flooring and ramps allow easy access for wheelchairs, the chair zipline and swings give everyone a turn, and the overall feel of the park is happy and playful. Aven’s Village at the Island Grove Regional Park joins our list of best themed playgrounds in Colorado. Its “Old West” theme shines through in every direction you turn and it is absolutely worth…
