Recently we had the opportunity to sit down with Luke Bolinger to speak about amazing changes coming to Erie, Colorado. “Hi! I’m Leslie, Leslie Knope from the Parks Department.” I think that’s where it truly began… A television character inspired me and I began to embrace a love of all things Parks and Recreation.
