“Are you sure you want to bring along those roller skates?” “Yes! We HAVE to!” Who would’ve expected that my daughter’s insistence to bring skates would lead us to the best park in Fort Lupton?! Until a week ago, this wouldn’t have even been a thought. Thanks to some nice neighbors though, we have found ourselves the new owners of roller skates. Northern Lights Park, For All the Baseball Fans in Thornton!
Baseball lovers of Colorado, let me introduce you to Northern Lights park! This playground is located in Thornton at 13800 York St, Thornton, CO 80241 and is surrounded by the Northern Lights ball fields. Recommended Ages: ALL! We loved this park because there really was something for everyone. (Disclaimer: the sign says it was designed for kids ages 5 to 12, however almost all of the kids there were under 5 and having a great time.)
