Designed for children of all ages and abilities, there are wheelchair accessible elements like a merry go round and swing, there are sensory elements and a rock garden, and then are pieces that will challenge their strength and balance. Brand New Playground at Denver’s James A. Bible Park!
Saturday, November 20th marked the Grand Re-opening of Denver’s Bible Park and its new playground! To say every kid there was excited would be quite the understatement. The large net structure, tall towers and so many other fun activities had everyone running from one thing to the next. As one of Denver’s Regional parks, I’m sure this will be a highly visited playground. And a tip, make sure to scroll to the bottom of this article to see why you should pack up their scooters for your next visit! I had a sad kid that she couldn’t enjoy the extra addition to the playground. 😉 This post may contain affiliate…

Swansea Park, A New Favorite Denver Playground!
I have wanted to visit Swansea Park for a while, before I even saw a picture of this fantastic Denver playground! The reason? It was designed by local elementary students in combination with a leadership program called Imagine the Possibilities. I think that this is why my daughters loved it so much – it was inspired by kids their age! There are so many other reasons to love this park. The large play structure and zipline are thrilling, the playhouse brings out imagination and role play, and the additional elements will provide a favorite spot for all to enjoy. It is definitely worth a visit! This post may contain affiliate…

Sandstone Ranch: Adventure Playground and Wheels Park
Upon entering Sandstone Ranch Park, you are greeted with a sign sharing that it is an “Adventure Playground and Wheels Park”. What a fun sounding experience ahead! Our first few times visiting Sandstone Ranch were for our school’s 100 Mile Club. The 0.7 mile path was perfect to get in some extra miles, but it was the promise of the “cow and turtle playground” that got the girls moving. As you’ll see below, the park is not only home to traditional playground equipment, it also has a farm themed toddler area, splash pad and skate park! Grand Re-Opening of Erie’s Crescent Park Playground & Challenge Course!
My daughters and I were absolutely thrilled to be part of the Virtual Re-Opening celebration of Crescent Park in Erie on September 28th! I don’t know if the girls really grasped the Leslie Knope coolness factor of that or if they only heard “you get to be the first kids to try out the playground”…either way, none of us could wait to get there! No longer are the faded play structures to be seen, this new GameTime equipment is bright and eye-catching. One side has the more traditional elements (slides, swings, spinners) and the other side is a 7 piece challenge course! This post may contain affiliate links and while…

The Slide at the Denver Premium Outlets Playground…Oh My!
A little over a year ago, the Denver Premium Outlets opened in Thornton, Colorado. Living nearby, I watched as the signs went up, hoping to see some favorite brands or exciting new stores. What I didn’t expect to see was the “oh my goodness that is way too high” slide and incredible play area! The Denver Premium Outlets Playground…some may come for the shopping and stop to play, while others like me will come to play and stop to shop. 😉 This post may contain affiliate links and while we may earn compensation when you click on the links, it is at no additional cost to you.
