NEW Inclusive Playground in Commerce City!
I don’t know about you, but this start to the school year has been tricky. We’ve been online, now we’re a hybrid model, we had a teacher out for a week…it’s been (and continues to be) quite the adjustment! So, when we finally felt like we had a good time to get back to the parks, we wanted it to be a big deal. We decided on Veterans Memorial Park, the new inclusive playground in Commerce City, and we were more than happy with that choice! UPDATE FEB 2021: Sadly, the man-made forest structures have been taken down. The playground is great and there are still many trails for walking and biking as you’ll read in our review from summer 2020… Two town playgrounds were chosen for an update this year and Keith Helart Park in Louisville was one of the lucky winners!
