Your kids are going to be so excited when you start visiting these splash pads and water features in Colorado! The parks are all over, but worth the trip on our hot, summer days. What I’ve found, though, is that it can be hard to find where they are so I’ve compiled this list from years of searching!
Request: Please leave a comment if your city or favorite splash pad isn’t mentioned and I’ll get it added! Here’s to a fabulous summer in 2024!
This article is sponsored by Goldfish Swim School, your premier learn-to-swim destination throughout Colorado; serving kids 4 months to 12 years of age. According to the CDC, drownings are on the rise, with a 30% increase in children ages 1-4. Goldfish believes that together, we can lower this statistic. Their mission is to instruct the children in our community to become confident in the water. With small class sizes, Goldfish can optimize progress, boost confidence, and increase safety, so you can rest assured knowing your child always receives close supervision and personalized instruction. Thank you for commenting! I know of the Discovery Park in Wheat Ridge - is that the same one? If not, can you share the address? Thanks!
I like Colorado Springs for its stunning views, parks, and natural beauty. When I requested a Garden Fountains Contractor to create a natural-inspired landscaping for my house, you can find them at https://purelyponds.com/garden-water-fountains/. I even brought nature into my house!
Fort Morgan has a splash pad outside the rec center.
Thank you! We just went there last week to check it out! I appreciate your help!!
Just an FYI - the Westminster Promenade splash pad is in an area that is under construction right now. I'm not sure if it will be accessible anytime soon, or if it will even be there once construction is finished.

There’s a fun water feature my kids love to play in at the Denver Premium Outlets in Thornton. It’s on the opposite side of the mall from the playground.
