Looking for another fantastic slide structure in Aurora? Check out Hampden Run Park!
The giant slide structure catches your eye first, but my daughters love all of the obstacle course features most. The zig zag bar gives a balancing challenge and there are multiple rope walls and climbing walls as well.
The slides are unique and accessible by climbing through a rope maze or from the highest stairs. I love hearing the excited screams echo through the covered slides! Another favorite feature was the inclusive merry go round. It had large enough entry for a wheelchair, easy access and a seat in the middle.
The new playground at McMullen Park in Aurora is tucked into a neighborhood, however, it is quite close to the Lowry area of Denver. You can grab a bite to eat at the Lowry Town Center or check out the Lowry Sports Complex Park!
