“Possibilities Playground” at Butterfield Crossing Park is Delightful!
Walking into Possibilities Playground at Butterfield Crossing Park in Castle Rock feels magical. There are butterflies throughout the entrance, painted on the entryway, sidewalk and as a thank you to donors. Musical instruments greet you immediately and the play area opens up all around you. There are bright colors, equipment completely unique to this park, and even a stage area above. Designed for children of all ages and abilities, there are wheelchair accessible elements like a merry go round and swing, there are sensory elements and a rock garden, and then are pieces that will challenge their strength and balance. Exciting Updates at Canterbury Park in Aurora!
Many updates took place at Canterbury Park in Aurora in 2022 and we’re excited to share them with you! The play area is more accessible, a new walking path was added and clubhouse-themed equipment was built for all ages to enjoy. Robinson Park, Perfect for Summer AND Winter!
The recently redone playground at Robinson Park is wonderful and there are many amenities that make the park great for summer and winter! During the summer, you can play on the equipment, enjoy a game of basketball, or picnic on the large grass lawn. In the winter, take along your sled and enjoy the sledding hill! Denver’s City Park Playground Grand Re-Opening!
Today marks the grand re-opening of the Dustin Redd Playground at Denver’s City Park! The beloved castle theme runs through with custom equipment, complete with a tall castle tower and large climbable dragon. It has a different feel from the previous playground style, however, I think the kids will love the updates! There are also many additions adding to the inclusiveness and overall accessibility of the playground creating a safe space for all ages and abilities.
