Georgetown Park is Perfect For Colorado Road Trip Fun!
This Georgetown park is not a new park, in fact, I’ve been sent it as a recommendation from many of you. However, it was new to us, and to all that haven’t been there yet, it needs to be added to your playground bucket list! Georgetown’s City Park is magical with its unique playground and mountain views. This is definitely one of the best stops along I-70 as you travel to your destination. It is worth the stop, your kids will thank you! This post may contain affiliate links and while we may earn compensation when you click on the links, it is at no additional cost to you. Georgetown…

This Unique Denver Playground Can’t Be Missed!
Globeville Landing Park has been on my list for a while as a Denver playground that I must visit. Time and time again, I was tagged in a picture or sent a link and this past weekend, I was finally able to go! We usually visit playgrounds pretty quickly so that we can visit more than one in an area, but this time the kids just kept asking to “stay a little longer”. There was something for everyone at Globeville Landing, from a separate toddler area to a big kid obstacle structure to a natural-themed play area. To make our visit even better, we tried out Vroom, a FREE app…

Peaceful Pond and Fantastic Playground at Sterne Park in Littleton!
Sterne Park in Littleton, Colorado is a hidden gem, just east of the intersection of Bowles and Santa Fe! I love all of the trees, green space and pond to separate from the busyness of the area. The playground itself is wonderful with adorable pieces that set it apart, like the “Sterne Express”, triple slide and lady bug bouncer. I can’t wait to hear what you think when you visit! Unique Play Experience at Sugar Beet Park!
I was intrigued when a friend mentioned Sugar Beet Park in Fort Collins, Colorado. I had no idea what a sugar beet was, let alone how they’d design a playground around it! What we found was an extremely well done park design giving homage to the history of Fort Collins. It is like visiting an outdoor museum! Trains and a Troll in Breckenridge!
We only spent a couple hours in Breckenridge this past week, but what we found was worth the trip! The High Line Railroad Park and Train Museum was a hit among all of the kids. Not only was the playground amazing with its giant train structure and water tower slide, it also had an indoor train museum AND real trains! (Keep reading, there is also a giant Troll to be found nearby!) Address: 189 Boreas Pass Rd, Breckenridge, CO 80424 Age Recommendations: My thought, 4 and above. We were there with an almost two year old and while she could walk through the play train, most of the features were…
