#10 – Farmstead Park

Address: 7340 Braun Way, Arvada, CO 80005

Farmstead Park is a fantastic playground for your little ones! We love that it is tucked into a quiet neighborhood with SHADE, has rubber surfacing (no wood chips or sand to deal with) and is adorably farm themed! In addition to the large barn structure, it has a bulldozer for toddlers, telescope above and, best of all, a scavenger hunt!

#9 – Griffith Station Park

Address: 5200 Carr St, Arvada, CO 80002

All aboard! Griffith Station Park is perfect for your train loving littles. The train structure is at home with railroad crossing signs, train station pavilion and train tracks. This is a park you’ll want to visit on a cooler day though, the play area has no shade and can get hot!

#8 – Britton Park

Address: 5605 W 68th Ave, Arvada, CO 80003

The “bouncing tractor park” has been a favorite in our family for a few years now. Britton Park has wonderful farm-themed equipment (mainly for the under age 8 crowd) spread across two play areas. Your children will love climbing in and around the barn/chicken coop, driving and hiding in the tractor, and riding the bouncy horses.

#7 – Meadowlake Park

Address: 6220 Zinnia St, Arvada, CO 80004

We recommend Meadowlake Park for a number of reasons! The first being that it is delightfully lake-themed with fun colors, lily pad shades and turtle bouncer. Secondly, and maybe more important depending on the day, is that there are large shade trees. Finally, there is a scavenger hunt to keep the kids running from one end of the play area to the other. This will be a fun-filled stop whether you have a few minutes or all afternoon.

#6 – Rainbow East Park

Address: 7828 W 82nd Place, Arvada, CO 80005

As one of the most recently updated playgrounds in Arvada, Rainbow East (sometimes called Rainbow III Park) is a great park to visit. The jungle theme is well done with a gorilla, jungle cat, elephant slides and alligator!
